1.Bundesliga 2012/2013
I want to give a short view how to build up the new shedule
for 1.Bundesliga Season 2012/2013. Some things are clear, we have 34 Rounds
with 18 Teams and overall 306 matches to play. All teams have to play 17 home
and 17 away matches.
But the most important thing, who play against each other?
The answer can give only the shedule of matches but if it’s
ready .... we have to consider a lot of things which are as follows ....
Short look how to create the shedule but only in german
Some teams like Dortmund/Schalke, Mainz/Frankfurt or
Nürnberg and Fürth should not play on the same time or same weekend at home
according to some traffic problems and sure for security reasons. Also some
wishes from Clubs, Arena allocation (Concerts and so on), Holidays and
international matches from some teams are also important to consider in this.
Also international playing teams are considered as prefered
that they get the most important rest days and no team can say some
disadvantage for them or maybe competitive distortion. The example looks like
as follows ... Stuttgart playing an EuroLeague match on Thursday, in this case
they have to settled for playing on Sunday. Schalke on the other hand has an
Champions League match ahead on Tuesday. In this case they can not play against
Schalke according to their time rest they have. For this reason Stuttgart has to play against teams who are not playing international like Freiburg, Fürth and so on.
It looks all so easy if you read the shedule on paper but
it’s more and more a really complex thing.
The only solution which can handle this is ...
Simply all these reasons are input into the computer and it
gets out the final rounds.
