This is a big derby and both teams do not like each other, therefore a big fight is expected but after Bayern Munich winning yesterday and Borussia Dortmund has an important EL game ahead against Liverpool on Thursday Coach Tuchel is rotating a lot. They have no Reus, Aubameyang, Micky, Gündogan in the starting eleven. This is a bit too much in my eyes and they can not replace these guys even. Additional they had an very hard match on last Thursday what costs a lot of energy too. They may are not the most fresh side this time.
On the other side Schalke is doing a great at home in the last matches and they could prepare the whole week for this game what is important. They can load up their batteries and come into these game with all they power. With fresh legs they should be ahead of a B-Team from Dortmund today. Coach Breitenreiter has all his guns ready and can choose from all. This is a big plus additional for them.
We are very pleased with the lineup from Schalke and can only see a winner here. Let’s go S04 !!!
