It was all about the debut from new man on the line Wiesinger and he wants to start well. Sure it was more an average start till bad but in the end at least a point against a team from Hamburg who was not much better and maybe the draw was deserved but if we take a look at the big chances from Hamburg is was more as lucky as Hamburg hit the post twice and also missed some others. First half was very bad from both and in second half it was a little bit better but overall as I said. Hamburg take the lead and awaken Nürnberg from their winter break, after it Nürnberg pushed a lot and get rewarded five minutes later and equalized but the last 15 minutes was Hamburg much closer to win as Nürnberg. Some were surprised about the lineup from new coach Wiesinger as he let important midfielder Kiyotake on bench and also on central back he had to make some changes as Nilsson was ill. Also Feulner was not available and upfront he counts on Pekhardt who scored instead of Polter. Overall the start was ok but they have a big match ahead and it would be interesting how long they can hold the pressure away as Dortmund is of course a much better side as Hamburg was above all their class speaks for its own. First thing would be defending like hell and maybe looking forward to hurt Dortmund over the wings as with Mak and Esswein they have some fast weapons for counter. But it is not sure if Esswein is in starting lineup again after his weak performance. But you never know since Wiesinger is on the line. Also possible is that Kiyotake and Feulner are back in starting eleven but it is almost all top secret so far.
Overall Dortmund should be favorite in this one above all they play at home and they want continue their winning streak after their easy win in Bremen and on the other side Nürnberg wants to hurt BvB, but are they able? They play more compact and stands more deep as Bremen for sure, maybe if Dortmund can not take the lead fast it would be more a puzzle. Important would be that they can control Reus and Götze, if they can do this, Dortmund gets some trouble. Let's see what happen.
