Battle for the title
We have the new season ahead and it looks like that we have
the same teams to battle out the title. With defending champion Dortmund and
record champion Bayern München. Maybe some surprises happen as well as every
season but i can’t see any team which can hold the pressure high on both for a
whole distance or all season.
Dortmund won the title two times in a row and broke the
streak from Bayern München in that past years a bit. They have a young and
hungry team with an absolutely excellent management and a well balanced
coaching crew. Also their budget is not as high as Bayern has and in this case
they work with youong an talented players or sell some like they did with
Kagawa to Manchester United. They got around 15 Mio. for him and they replaced
him with Marco Reus from Bor. M’Gladbach. Maybe a big lose for Dortmund because
Kagawa played really strong for Dortmund and he was one of the best players
they have but on the other side with Reus, they got a real replacement. His
best years for sure ahead and he’ s in an huge uptrend too. Otherwise if the do
not sell Lewandowski or any other player to a big club they start almost with
the same team into new season.
Season 2011/2012 was not the one from Bayern München or
their players. They got damaged in almost all Competitions. They have to let
the title Dortmund again and lost big at cup finale with 2-5 against Dortmund
too. Also their aim to win the Champions League in their own stadium bursted
like a soap bubble in the penalty shoot out. But not enough damage done because
many of their players are in national team and they lost the semi final to
Italy where most of the player showed some of the negative things they have in
their head after all this. All this negative experiences must be processed for
a start but how to forget such a bad season / year?
After EM is gone for the national players they get their
well deserved holidays to fill up their batteries and switch off a bit from
all. On the other side after 2 years without a title the alarm bells are ringing
in Munich and the managment are working hard to bring more quality and deppness
in their squad again. They signed alreay defender Dante from Bor. M’Gladbach,
midfielder Shakiri from Basel, Pizarro from Bremen and Mandzukic from Wolfsburg
to refresh the team a bit and give them a new face. One place are still open
because they search for a central midfielder like Marquez from Bilbao is but he
is very expensive right now. Some squad players left the team already but
nothing important.
Presentation of the new Trikots
The presentation form the new trikots for this season say’s
all about the club. „Mia san Mia“ is on their trikot collar embroidered. This
slogan should represent all but are they able to get back on track again and show their ability?
