1.FC Kaiserslautern - SV Sandhausen

Huge pressure on the home team today, because this should be the last chance for them if they want to be one of the candidates for promotion. They failed huge in the past matches and they could not win much what put them far away from promotion race. Therefore they must try to start a series to get closer again to the top. The potential should be there above all in offensive they have a lot of good and experienced players but some of them looked out of form in the last matches. Very important is maybe that their top scorer Zoller returns after injury today. This maybe can help them a bit and Coach Runjaic can change a bit of his offensive formation.

On the other side Sandhausen can play very relaxed and easy. They do a great job so far and they are far away from any trouble. Last season they were relegated but only due to Duisburg got no license for this season and therefore Sandhausen stayed in the league. They learned from last season and this showed the results too. Also they are very hard to play, Coach Schwartz find the right balance and they fight all the time very hard. They also play very disciplined which also has repercussions on the defensive. They are very hard to beat there and this showed the number of clean sheets too.
