SC Freiburg - Werder Bremen

It is hard for Freiburg again and I wrote it several times already. They are at the bottom and they need Points urgently. It is not all well there but they know the situation and they know also to handle such situations.  Coach Streich has found some good solutions in the past and they are on a good way. The only problem is the defensive line where a lot of players were injured or are out with suspension. They have not the squad to replace all equal but they have to look forward to find the right balance. The biggest problem is the individual mistakes in their defensive what allow a lot of easy goals lately. This is not the best for them but they have also some good attackers to get dangerous and maybe give a match the right way. DEF Torrejon and Pertersen are still out but all the others are ready and they are hot to start aiming Points today.

It was a lot of euphoria in Bremen in last weeks but within 4 days they are back in the reality. They played a really great first half against Wolfsburg and lead deserved 3-2 but in second half they missed a lot of their style of playing and made a lot of mistakes again. Above all mentioned Sternberg has nit his best day. Compared to this game Skripnik changed 3 times for the Cup match against Bielefeld. Bartels was back in squad and replaced Öztunali, Garcia played for Sternberg and for first keeper Wolf stands Castells in goal. But overall the problems were the same, they started well but fall behind to old times and made some mistakes again who allowed Bielefeld to score easy goals. At the end they are out of the Cup where they had so much hope to advance. Nevertheless they have to stand up and look forward now but they have also to minimize their mistakes and the defense play. To begin with Skripnik it was a clear sign, the defensive work was well but in recent matches they are back to old level and are very prone. 

Here we have to teams who are very prone in defense what give the opponent a lot of opportunities to score. Both made not the best impression lately therefore I am very keen that both teams will score. The offensive line of both are good enough and should bring the defensive line of each team in danger. The actual situation of both speaks for goals and additional both had a cup match under the week what is an important fact in my eyes according to the power and mistakes of their defensive lines.
