As always at St. Pauli, their fans are very euphoric about
the new season and after missing promotion very closely last season they hope
to go the last step and find a way to promote. One part of the stadium is not
ready yet, but they are on a good way and maybe if they get the ok they can let
some supporters in. But it’s not confirmed yet.
Some rumours also around because of Carlos Zambrano who was
only on bench against Aue and maybe he is again today. Eintracht Frankfurt
wants to sign him but not confirmed yet. The only problem, if they let him go,
Sören Gonther is not ready after his injury and maybe they have less options in
defense then. But if all are fit nothing have to be changed, the only questionmark
is their offense which missed to many good opportunities. This should be better
in the future if they want to win matches.
After avoiding relegation last season, Ingolstadt strengthen
their team a lot and they build up a very experienced team. Some arround talk
that they are a candidate for promotion. They showed a very strong first half
against Cottbus and lead deserved 2-0 but failed in the end a lot and made some
important mistakes what took Cottbus back into the match. Although they played
only draw, Ingolstadt press a lot and play power soccer in the first half and
in some of the second. Defense was also ok and allowed not much, only two
stupid error after corners. I think coach Oral gives the same line up a chance
from last weekend.
