- The last win from Nürnberg against Hannover 96 was on 18.10.2010 with 3-1.
- After this date they played 5 times each other and the outcome was awful for FCN (0-1-4).
- FCN with a new record in Bundesliga as no team before were so long winless (15 Rounds so far).

Hannover miss with Felipe, Franca and Ya Konan some but could be replaced while Nürnberg has not important missing.
It is not known if Stindl is an option from beginning after his muscle injury. In training youngster Sulejmani makes some noisy with good actions and is maybe short before his starting debut. Schmiedebach can move into central midfield while Hoffmann must on bench then.

Coach Verbeek maybe counts on the same eleven who got a draw against Mainz last friday. Very important is that Ginczek can play while the quick Drmic plays as offensive wing again. If midfield player Balitsch got a chance is very open after his return from U23 team. Maybe he can be a good man for central midfield with his experience but Coach Verbeek let his use open.
