This can be a bit of disadvantage for them but if they are good enough on mental side it can be a great step.

Sandhausen plays for nothing only for a good position. They are already safe and they can come to Paderborn without any pressure and look forward what they are able to get here. This can be an advantage for them or maybe a disadvantage if the attitude is not the best. But over the whole season they showed what they are able to bring on the pitch and this was great this season compared to the last. They are very hard to play and they are always good for some counter attacks and surprises as well.
